This notice is for all Clerks and Treasurers. At the Sept. 15th meeting of
the Bianchi Study Committee, I was assigned the task of contacting all of
you and asking you to please find out the following info for our committee:
        A. What are the days and hours that your local Planner &/or Zoning
Administrator are open?
        B. Where are the Planning and Zoning records kept?
        C. What hours are the Planning and Zoning records available for public
inspection?

You may e-mail your response back to me, mail them to me at PO Box 830
Manchester Center, VT 05255 or bring them with to the Annual Meeting on
Monday, Sept 20th in Ascutney. I will have surveys on hand that day for
those of you that I have not heard from yet. Also, if you know of a
neighboring Clerk or Treasurer who is not on the muninet listserve, could
you please pass the message along to them. The response to my previous
request for info. regarding the cost, etc. relative to Bianchi was quite
impressive. We are indeed a special group. Your continued help and
support in this laborious process on the Bianchi Study committee is very
much appreciated. Hope to see you all at the Annual Meeting on Monday the
20th in Ascutney. Thanks again.

Sincerely,

Linda L. Spence
Town Clerk, Manchester
