We have also been getting quite a few calls and lots of people stopping in
who are not quite sure what to do with the prebates and would also like us
to help fill out the form to figure out if they should even be keeping the
check.

I just received a letter from the Dept. of health requesting we cut and
send the confidential portion of marriage licenses between 1968 - 1978.  It
is my understanding that Arlene had started to do this a while ago but was
told to stop as it was illegal to change those records.  Has it been
determined that it is legal to do this with the older records?
