hi Deb,
    In response to your note about cutting off the confidential part of
the marriage licenses back in the 60's thru 70's, I have done that with
ours in  So. Burlington.
We are really not changing any data, but just omitting it from our
records and when we
give out certified copies, that part is folded over anyway. So who needs
it? I did ours
maybe a year or so ago. I forgot their (health Dept.) reason for wanting
to do this.
