I also keep my checklist up to date and "purge" often, however, I thought
this had to be a BCA "special meeting" just for purging, and that is where
we are having a hard time fitting another meeting into weekly tax appeal
meetings and site visits.  Is a special meeting mandatory?  If not, we're
ok, (just worn out)!!  Thanks
