HI ALL CLERKS OUT THERE -
The selectboard is now willing (maybe) to at least look at a proposal for
obtaining an assistant clerk so I need your help in putting together some
numbers like:
number of ptr's processed a year or monthly or however you have the
number
number of books recorded per year/month
number of pages recorded monthly (or received for recording)
any other important piece of what you do that can be quantified like
vitals
plus the important part as to the number of people on staff doing
this work and the number of hours they actually work - (like two people,
30 hours each per week)
towns of any size are useful and the numbers can be used as a percentage
