Just a note:
In the talk at the Conference, the speaker did say they did not find the
"halo" as a useful indicator.  I thought that was interesting.
Of course I found the subject interesting.
I also heard that there was an article in an Neurology journal.  Possibly
check with your hospital librarian for additional information.
