I've operated on two of these to remove the intraluminal device. My partner
has also operated on two patients as well.  BTW the vasoseal isn't much
better, I just operated on someone for severe ischemia of the leg who had an
intraluminal collagen plug occluding the profunda.
I've no enthusiasm for these devices, they save time because noone has to
hold pressure, but at the cost of operations on a number of patients.
Just use as small a sheath as possible and hold pressure after removal.
Perhaps there'll be a few PSAs but these rarely need operation, and don't
threaten the leg.
