Yeah!  They want us to do that, too, but I put in for OT when I want it.  I
mean, if I have to come all the way back to work, I want OT.  If they don't
like it, let them call in the agency or something!

As a matter of fact, it sounds like your area needs some kind of on-call
business!   Have you thought of that?
