My two cents and some background from a (very) long-timer!!
I think Craig's suggestion is great. It is another example of
what-goes-around-comes-around!! ADVOCATS began as a group of IT support
individuals who met semi-regularly with/without CIT reps and discussed
these same issues/problems. This list is actually an outgrowth of that group!!
