HI BOBBI,  I must agree with John, Dencie et als; you did well to point out
the error to the attorney, but it's their fight.  They get paid the big bucks
and take the risks involved.  None of us are lawyers and it's not our
problem.  We'll record almost anything.  This lawyer "irked the clerk."  That
is a definite NO-NO!!
