Arlo Sterner would be a wonderful person. He is the Town of Wolcott's
Fence View and Lister; former county forester and surveyor. You can reach
him at his e-mail address at: Arlo<[log in to unmask]) or call him at
home at 888-5544. He recently was very involved in a legal battle in town
over a boundary line. Linda Martin, Town Clerk
