Town of Richmond used:
Shall the Town of Richond vote pursuant to V.S.A. 32, Section 3849 to
abolish the tax on business personal property begining with the 1998 Grand
List? The appraised value of business personal property will be eliminated
with no value being assessed for personal property on the 1998 Grandlist nor
thereafter.
