Hi,
I am the new Tech Director for Proctor School district.  In proctor we are using a Snap server at the elementary school and 2 Nas Servers (Iomega's network storage) at the HS.  One of the nas servers holds all the student files, and the other two are sycronized for backing up.

Comming into a school where they were already set up I found them easy to manage.  However the one consern I have was when i was researching backup software.  I found that when using backup software they wanted you to install (ie. payfor) clients for each system needing backing up, which with the nas and snap servers that did not seem possible.  The workarround that i used was to create a mapped drive of the servers shares on my 2k server, then backup those shares.

For the most part i am quite happy with them, they take up very little space, and the NAS servers have a nice web based management system.
