We are starting a study to replace our aged phone systems (four
building).  Has anyone recently gone through this process who can
share
some of their experience.

Also

We are looking a Nextel cellular phones - specially because of the
walkie-talkie feature.  Has anyone had experience with their cellular
and direct call system?
