Dear all, Further to my prior e-mail, I just learned the founder of Elemental Microanalysis was one Stuart Carter, of no relation whatsoever to Jim. (Thanks John). As manufacturer of consumable for CHNS with SANTIS I subscribed since beginning of this list and I always follow the rule. We also supply Glassy Carbon for TC/EA and we never advert on the list!…. I just hope that your are not the same Jim Carter who founded the Elemental Microanalysis company… In case who you will be the same person, it would more honest to explain. I think that some clarification have to be done to all the list. I am waiting for your answer. I take this opportunity to wish an Happy New Year to all Listmenber Some I just want Sincères salutations/Best Regards Laurent Bertal Gérant / Manager Courtage Analyes Services 14 rue des Mouettes 76130 Mont Saint Aignan / France Tel:+33 2 35 07 60 00 / Fax:+33 2 35 70 64 39 e-mail: [log in to unmask] http://www.onlinecas.com -----Message d'origine----- De : Stable Isotope Geochemistry [mailto:[log in to unmask]]De la part de James Carter Envoyé : jeudi 20 janvier 2005 18:08 À : [log in to unmask] Objet : TC/pyrolysis consumables FYI - I've discovered that Elemental Microanalysis (Okehamptom, UK) are now able to supply most of the graphite and glassy carbon consumables for the Thermo TCEA at less heart-stopping prices than I am used to paying. They also supply bits for GVI and Europa (or whatever they became) pyrolysis systems but I'm not familiar with these bits or their associated cost. Hope this info. can save someone a bit of money. regards, Dr Jim Carter Mass Spec Analytical Ltd
