Dear Jessica, I suppose that other softwares can do that, but SigmaPlot, which is the one I use, allows constructing 3-D scatterplots (also contour, mesh and line plots), that might be useful for your work. You can also fit the data to a few 3-D curves (plane, paraboloid, gaussian, lorentzian), or create your own 3-D model. If you want to compare a few points, without looking at the general trends among variables (e.g. to compare qualitatively samples from a few locations), a ternary plot (triangular, also available in Sigmaplot) may be enough. best wishes, and good look with the figures!!
