Dear List Members I am experiencing a problem with our the Multiflow carbonate prep. side of our GV Isoprime IRMS. The specific problem is that when we run a batch of carbonate samples the retention time for the CO2 peak increases with each sample. As a consequence after about the 4th sample the CO2 peak is outside of the 40sec MS window. Has anyone experienced this problem before? I imagine it is something to do with the chromatography though the packed column in the oven. Does anyone know what the material is in the packed column? All help gratefully received.
