Thanks for all the reactions – seems to be a general spread of that element in the world without a clear treatment to confine it to proper values! other proposed name for Adminstratium was Bureaucratium (not a bad one either).

Just learned that there seems to be more new elements that cause problems:
We have now a new element of organizational terror and psychology called Meetinitum, it calls endless meetings that calls for more meetings that calls even more meetings that all are increasingly pointless. Eventually everyone in your organization is attending meetings and no work is being done.

Have the idea it concerns a completely ‘empty’ element. Sort of a tiny black hole: all energy disappears, trapped in the element, and nothing comes out ever from it....
