Debashish,

Dried blood via EA-IRMS will require amounts similar to that used for
protein like samples, such as hair or muscle. Bear plasma that we
analyzed here was 46% C and 12%N. We have used masses of 0.3-0.6 mg for
freeze dried blood.

Dear All

I like to analyse stable C and N signatures from bat blood samples. How
much blood we need to analyse stable C and N values? I would appreciate
if you please provide me information (any reference) on methods relating
to this.

Thanks you in advance

Kind regards

Debashish
