Tim, for such a large batch, evaporation/condensation might work best for you to purify the batch, in case you have a round-bottom flask, a heating mantle and a condenser (make sure that the system is leak-free at the joints).<br>

Does anyone have a recommendation for an additive to waters that can be used to kill organic activity, but still render them useful for O and H isotope analysis? &nbsp;I&#39;ve just received 2 liters of water from Perth that I am hoping to use as a heavy end member standard, but she&#39;s a tad on the green side. &nbsp;I was hoping to filter it and treat it so that I may still use it. &nbsp;We use mercury chloride to treat our DIC samples, but not sure I want to inject such a concoction into our TC/EA.<br>
