Hello list, I am having an issue with my GV Isoprime/eurovector EA CF-IRMS. I just finished running for carbon in plant parts and switched to nitrogen. This usually is just a change of the ref gas and a change to the nitrogen project in Masslynx. How ever after a few partial trays, I can not get Data processing to acknowledge the TCD trace. I can see the trace in the Aux. chromatogram and in the Data Processing "diplay data" window. As far as I can tell nothing has changed in the Auxiliary detector parameters. I have double checked the timing of the peaks and they match the times set for the Peak ID ( two lines; one with the time of the beginning of the peak and labeled nitrogen, second with the time of the end of the peak and also labeled nitrogen). Is there something else that controls where the program looks for the TCD peak? Any ideas would be helpful. BTW, the isotope data looks great! Cheers Aaron
