We use them for our students' MacBook Pros.  Prices (and service) are decent for full coverage (including theft, fire, water, accidental damage or vandalism).  They're only "middle men," though, and facilitate shipping the machines to various repair centers (which is a bit annoying - we'd hoped to use Dominion Tech in Williston).  Repair centers have been fine, but the delay in shipping to and from adds more time to the repair than we'd anticipated.
