Description:
This course will assist educators in the development of an online
learning environment using Google Classroom to enhance student
instruction.
We will:
- Develop a plan for how the instructor wishes to use Google Classroom alongside face-to-face instruction
- Identify content options in Google—and acquire or create course content
- Look at the role of media in an online environment and produce or locate media
- Explore the role of assessment in an online environment—pre, summative, formative
- Discussions and student engagement
- Grading with technology
- Sharing resources such as forms and other take home items
