Rule-of-thumb figures would be to expect d2H values +250 to +300
‰ and d18O values of about +100 ‰ on day +1, dropping to +100 to +200 ‰ (d2H) and about +50 ‰ on day +5.
My suggestion would be to get in touch with the Reston Stable Isotope Lab of the USGS
https://isotopes.usgs.gov/lab/referencematerials.html and check availability of these reference waters.
GFLES-4; d2H +399.8 ‰
UC04; d18O +38.95 ‰
As a lower end scale anchor you could use USGS48 for both d2H (-2.0 ‰) and d18O (-2.224 ‰).
The above suggestion is based on the assumption that you are likely to run a lot samples which means you could run out of IAEA reference water in a short period
of time. You could use IAEA-607 (d2H +802.4 ‰; d18O +99.02 ‰) and VSMOW2 of course. Sales of IEAE-607 are limited to 4 units per lab per year. However, unless there was a change, sales of VSMOW2 are limited to 1 unit per lab per 3 years.

I would like to know with which levels of D and d18O I would have to count in urine after administrating up to to 0.28g/kg 18O and 0.15g/kg 2H.
Or less specifically, those found in experiments to determine Total Body Water and Total Energy Expenditure.
It's for achieving IAEA standards covering the range I may have to expect.
