Finally, the problem is solved. It was "simple", but really gave us a hard time to realize it. The reason is that the new potentiometer has opposite pin1 and pin2, which have fixed 100 k ohm between them. I didn’t notice it when soldering it first time. I just followed the order of the wires at the failed potentiometer (same at the sample side) – Green, White and Red. However, the correct order of the new potentiometer wires is White, Green and Red. This is why bellows was at 100% but Isodat showed at 0% and didn’t allow me to adjust the bellows.
