And yes, apologies here for not getting more information to you… currently the SLDS process is in a contracting situation with your SIS vendors. They have responded to an RFP that solicited them to assist you at the local level with preparing files, and otherwise readying your systems to work within SLDS. This process has taken longer than anticipated, but is on track with contracts this week.

Brian Townsend, leading this effort, will be at Dynamic Landscapes for a double session on Tuesday the 22^nd at 2PM. Please join Brian and I and bring your questions, concerns. We’ll do our best to give you a sense of the timing as this moves along. Thanks for your patience on this.

We haven't had an update on any of it in some time. I'm getting nervous as the school administrative assistants usually complete the spring census in my district and many of them leave the day after school is out.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that SECT uses the NCES course codes, which are national (and shouldn't change no matter what happens with SLDS).
