I was sorry to hear of your frozen standards.  We had exactly the same 
thing about six weeks ago, although we fortunately lost mostly processed 
samples.

Then two weeks ago our standards oven cooked everything.  Black 
glucosamine and sugars.  Brown QC ground plant and melted plastic ...
