After going through the manual and trying to follow the directions to prepare 'proctor packets' and get to this message. In looking at the manual it appears that this means that Cognia and Pearson have not set up test administrations (pg 13 of Test Coordinator Manual) Has anyone heard when this will be set up or ready? I've heard that it may not be until the test window opens, which as you know, would be less than ideal. Prepping proctor packets and student print cards for grades 3-8 will be tricky if it's not available until the day of the window opening.
