A little bit of all of those options depending on who gets to it first. Generally, I'll go in and tag them as phishing first so that Google can tag them, then delete them from the inboxes.

We’ve also had an email come through with regarding a new employee pay schedule.

I was going to ask those with the paid version of Workspace, what is your course of action? Do you go into admin and remove the email from all inboxes, mark them as phishing for all users, or no action and rely on user training?

Dear All

We had an issue today that resulted in one of our accounts being put in "time out"

Support says that I can restore the account now after resetting the password and resetting the "sign-in cookies".

But that would be subject to the 5 restore/yr limit or wait 24 hours and the "hold" will resolve on its own.

Just passing along FYI, as this part (hold/limit) was new to me.

Thanks,

R
