I spent the better part of a year fiddling with something that looks shocking-ly like the Magic Classroom but has a bit different functionality. I have some experience with web design so most of my magic happens in a gui-ish interface inside the spreadsheet. It's not likely to happen at 2:30 on Friday but I could put together a video if anyone is interested. You can see all classes, create them, add and remove teachers and students, see lists of students, lists of coteachers, archive classes. That's about it.I often use it to add my self to classes troubleshoot and then remove myself. I also use it to create all the classes for each HS section at the beginning of the year and we archive ALL classes at the beginning of August, teachers can un-archive if they want to keep them.Nice find. When I was trying before I found one that was freemium, and what I wanted to do was behind the paywall. Magic Classroom looks like a good, completely free product.Bjorn - thanks for the info.I also found this tool: https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/magic_classroom_admin/352857481505And a Website supporting it: https://www.notsomagicapps.com/magic-classroom-admin. Privacy policy looks OK. Anyone have experience with it?Thanks!DBI have had luck using Google App Script. Here is a script I wrote to add a co-teacher to another teacher's google Classrooms (We needed it for long-term subs).ChatGPT good at writing app scripts if you need examples. Here is a thread I used to write code to list all the classrooms in a domain.Greetings!I'm hoping the landscape has changed since I last brought this up. As a Google Admin for the district, I really, really want to be able to access all Classrooms that are set up/used in the district. We have a bunch of "orphaned" Classrooms from teachers no longer employed here - and which need to be archived. We had a permissions-setting problem early on (since corrected) that allowed some students to create Classrooms of their own, and those Classrooms remain floating out in the ether. We're starting to use Classroom to roster some other systems being brought online, and the inability to truly oversee and tighten things up in Classroom(s) is really getting to be a PIA. No, Classroom is not supposed to be a full learning management system, but since we don't *have* an LMS, Classroom is now pulling more weight than we ever intended. For those that recommended GAM as a way to access all Classrooms, we *tried* to set it up. It did not go well. And, it hasn't been supported in many years. Is there anything out there (paid or otherwise) that allows Google Admin to see *all* Classrooms in the domain? Thanks! And, happy new year!DB--
