At our high school, we use Maxient, which our principal had experience with in higher education. It’s a comprehensive case management system, not just a reporting form.
Students and staff can report concerns related to self-harm, threats, behavior, Title IX, and HHB&R. Once entered, cases cannot be deleted, and the system tracks accountability and follow-through across the process. It also provides the necessary regulatory form letters for those scenarios.
It’s a robust but expensive option, and it’s been effective for us in ensuring reports are documented and acted on.Good morning all,I have an upcoming meeting that I was just told about. It references what other schools are doing for student and staff abilities and methods to report threats or self-harm concerns. That's being asked because we do not have any online solution for this.Do you have a process in place for students or staff to report if they hear about a fight happening or someone planning a violent event? This is much bigger than an IT department proposing a solution, but I thought a baseline of other districts would be helpful. Thanks!--
