My school uses a paid tool called Reach. It has a built in texting service that is tracked in the tool. Multiplatform. We also use it to check students in and out from the library, the gym, and other places where they might have access outside of academic hours between sports practices, like the weight room, the music rooms, library, computer lab...etc. The chat service is pretty solid. google chat should also do the trick I think. <https://www.vermontacademy.org/> <https://www.instagram.com/vermontacademy/> <https://www.facebook.com/vermontacademy> <https://www.youtube.com/myvermontacademy> <https://www.vermontacademy.org/> On Thu, Sep 11, 2025 at 2:42 PM Tim White <[log in to unmask]> wrote: > Hello- > My Superintendent is looking for a solution that would track > Teacher-Student-Teacher communications, sometimes via text, on > international trips and perhaps on sports trips. > > The law is that we have to keep a record of all such communication.
