A brief description of how to measure "simultaneously" d13C and d15N from the same organic compound in one analytical run (GC/C-IRMS) can be found in my forthcoming paper which will be published by the end of this month. Unfortunately, I haven't received the reprints yet but if you would bear with me I should be happy to send you one as soon as poss. Here is the reference: W. Meier-Augenstein: “Applied GC coupled Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry”, J. Chromatogr. A., 842, 343-363 (1999). However, I'm not entirely sure if that's what you are looking for. Your question seems to suggest bulk isotopic composition, i.e. elemental analyzer - IRMS work. Maybe the chaps at Finnigan (Bremen) can help you with that.
