SLD has announced that the BEAR form has been approved for use through June
30, 2000. If you are a K12 Net subscriber, then you MUST submit a BEAR form
to K12 Net before the SLD will send them reimbursement. Since K12 Net can
only bill annually, and the bills must be paid early in the fiscal year,
they will issue a refund as soon as the SLD remits the funds to them on
behalf of a particular school.
