One of our occupational therapists is looking for The New York Hospital
Occupational Therapy Dysphagia Evaluation which is supposed to be in Manual
of Dysphagia Assessment and Intervention and supposedly published by either
the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center,  or a San Antonio firm called
Therapy Skill Builders.  We have tried every source we can think of other
than contacting the hospital itself and can't even verify the existence of
this thing.  If anyone can send us a copy of the test or information about
where to get a copy, we would be very grateful.
