I have a physician requesting information on posterior hip dislocation
with the complication  of sciatic nerve injury. He specifically asked
for information from an orthopedic text and of course needs it ASAP. I
found a little bit in our rather limited holdings in this area. I was
hoping that some kind soul would be willing to fax me a few pages from a
