                          ANU Officer Grade 7 - $43,506-$47,010 per annum
                          ANU Officer Grade 8 - $48,696-$54,146 per annum

Reference No: G000303  We are looking for an experienced person to
supervise, operate and maintain the stable isotope mass spectrometry
facility including a dual inlet SIRA 24, an Isomass and two Isochrom
continuous flow machines in the Environmental Biology Group, Research School
of Biological Sciences. The position will also involve independent research
into stable isotope ratio mass spectrometry of carbon, oxygen and hydrogen
in organic matter and the environment. The successful applicant will work
under the broad supervision of Professor Graham Farquhar.

Experience in stable isotope ratio mass spectrometry is essential, and
experience in designing and carrying out experiments is also essential.
Appointment at the higher level will depend on qualifications and
experience.
