That Stowe death shows many of the characteristics of serious ski injury - speed, youth, tree, (?helmet, I bet not). When were skiing the trail edges to get some soft snow, a mistake on the wrong direction can be very risky. I feel this risk often when skiing trail edges. One slip and ...
