UG!  This made my heart sink.

I heard a sad story here yesterday.  One of the guys in my group has a share
a house on Route 100 in Pittsfield (about 10 minutes from the access road).
Three of his fellow shares were sleeping in the basement of the house on
night and succumbed to carbon monoxide poisoning from the furnace.  Two of
passed away that night and one is in a coma right now.

Makes you think twice about Chez Ping Pong...
