   Lake Champlain Open waters forecast.

   _Tonight: _south Wind 10 to 20 knots. Waves around 2 feet. showers
   developing, reducing visibility to 3 to 5 miles.

   _Wednesday: _south Wind 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet. showers
   likely in the morning and scattered thunderstorms during the
   afternoon, locally restricting visibility to less than 3 miles. Wind
   and waves locally higher in any thunderstorms.

   _Wednesday Night: _south Wind at 10 knots. Waves around 1 foot.
   scattered showers of a thunderstorm will locally reduce visibility to
   less than 3 miles.

   _Thursday: _Wind becoming northwest at 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 2
   feet. Scattered showers or a chance of a thunderstorm. visibility
   generally unrestricted.

   The Lake Champlain level at the King street ferry dock was 100.48
   feet. The water temperature was 49 degrees.
