   Lake Champlain Open waters forecast.

   _A Lake Thunderstorm advisory is in effect through early tonight _

   _Tonight: _south Wind 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet. Chance of
   showers or thunderstorms, lowering the visibility to 3 miles.

   _Thursday: _southwest Wind 10 to 20 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet. chance
   of showers, lowering the visibility to 3 to 5 miles.

   _Thursday Night: _west Wind 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 foot. Chance of
   showers early. Visibility unrestricted.

   _Friday: _west Wind 15 to 20 knots. Waves 2 feet.

   The Lake Champlain level at the King street ferry dock was 100.36
   feet. The water temperature was 49 degrees.
