   The Lake Champlain open waters forecast.

   _Tonight: _south To southwest wind at 10 to 20 knots. Waves 1 to 2
   feet.

   _Friday: _southwest Wind at 5 to 15 knots, becoming northwest. waves 1
   to 2 feet. A chance of a shower or thunderstorm late in the day.

   _Friday Night: _Northerly wind at 5 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
   scattered showers or thunderstorms.

   _Saturday: _Northerly wind at 5 to 10 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
   showers likely.

   Visibility will lower to around 3 miles in any precipitation on Friday
   through Saturday. The Lake Champlain Lake level at the King street
   ferry dock was 95.60 feet. The water temperature was 69 degrees.
