We have a microfilmed copy in our vault (just got them) of our vital records done last fall by the Genealogical Society of Utah. We have bound our own town reports from 1905 to present day using the binder we share with our school (we used to be able to fit five years in one but now can only fit three years.) We buy our own supplies (plastic combs; plastic cover sheets and divider sheets.) I borrow the binder suring the summer when the school isn't using it. I do two sets: one for our archives; one set for people to browse through. Monica Yeamans Holland Town Clerk
