I am looking for information or any literature on carotid velocities in children. Today I did a carotid on a 4 year old boy referred for carotid bruit. He has bilateral proximal ICA kinks with very high velocities (Left 398/190, Right 310/96). If anyone has any experience with this I would appreciate info.
