   The Lake Champlain open waters forecast.

   Tonight: West Wind 10 to 20 knots, becoming northwest after midnight.
   Waves 1 to 2 feet. A chance of thunderstorms until midnight which may
   reduce visibilities to around 2 miles.
   Wednesday: Northwest wind 10 to 20 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
   Wednesday Night: North Wind 5 to 10 knots. Waves a foot or less.
   Thursday: North Wind 10 to 20 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet.

   The Lake Champlain Lake level at the King Street ferry dock was 95.66
   feet. The water temperature was 72 degrees. The ultraviolet index for
   Wednesday, July 25 is a 7. This is in the high category.
