A foot of new snow is possible in areas in western NY from the Tug Hill to Johnstown, above 1500 feet. Apparently some areas near Buffalo reported around 7 inches from a snow burst this afternoon. This is all from the NWS at Buffalo, NY. Depends on if the lake bands stay together in one spot or if they continue to move north and then south overnight. If it stalls there could be some nice snowfall totals tomorrow. Scott - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - SkiVt-L is brought to you by the University of Vermont.
