other organizations such as the Coca-Cola Foundation and e-bay Foundation
that have funds available.  For the most part, however, funding for
equipment is usually tied to a larger project

National Semiconductor's Internet Innovator Awards program rewards
teachers who are using the Internet in fresh, new ways in the classroom to
improve student learning. Winning teachers receive $10,000 personal
awards-- no strings attached-- and their schools win between $15,000 and

of Internet technology in education.
