Hi there, as you might know I am one of the cons bio lunch coordinators, but the reason you haven't seen me around is because I was in Costa Rica for the month. This was my thrid trip to CR, and second working for the Orginization for Tropical Studies. I have some great slides of plants, insects, birds, and herps that I hope to share with you this week (TUESDAY, MARCH 12, 12:30- 1:30, Aiken 105.). I will also present some of what I've learned about tropical rainforest conservation and some of the features that make the tropics such a great place to study ecology.
