Hi Nancy -

Yes - this grant is intended to create a statewide/regional support
structure.... similar to the efforts that used to come out of VISMT in the
past. I'm hoping a few organizations get together on it and that the schools
who will receive the services/supports play a role in shaping the goals of
this structure.
