   The Lake Champlain open waters forecast.

   Today: North Wind at 10 to 20 knots, with higher gusts. Waves 1 to 3
   feet.
   Tonight: Wind becoming light. Waves subsiding to less than a foot.
   Friday: Wind becoming south at less than 10 knots. Waves a foot or
   less.

   The Lake Champlain Lake level at the King Street ferry dock was 94.91
   feet. The water temperature was 69 degrees.

   The ultraviolet index for today is a 5. This is in the moderate
   category.
